📄 Terms of Service (StageReady)

1. Overview

StageReady provides digital real estate marketing services, including but not limited to virtual staging and MLS listing rewrite services (“Services”).

By purchasing from StageReady, you agree to these Terms of Service.


2. Nature of Service (Digital & Custom Work)

All services provided are:

  • Digital in nature
  • Custom-created for each individual property
  • Based on client-submitted information and images

Each order is uniquely produced and cannot be resold or reused.


3. No Guarantee of Results

StageReady does not guarantee:

  • Increased property views
  • Faster sales
  • Higher sale prices
  • Buyer engagement levels
  • Listing performance outcomes

Results depend on market conditions, pricing strategy, photography quality, and agent execution.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate property information
  • High-quality images (where required)
  • Correct listing details
  • Any relevant instructions at time of order

StageReady is not responsible for delays or quality issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions.


5. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is:

  • 24–48 hours for most Basic Staging and Listing Boost orders

Delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete information
  • High order volume
  • Client revision requests outside original scope

6. Revisions

Some packages include revisions as stated at purchase.

Revision policy:

  • Only applies to original submitted project scope
  • Does not include full redesigns or new instructions outside initial brief
  • Must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.


7. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of the Services:

All sales are final.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Client dissatisfaction after delivery
  • Incorrect expectations
  • Lack of usage or implementation of deliverables
  • Failure to provide required information
  • Partial use of delivered files

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from StageReady, you agree that:

  • You will contact us first before initiating any dispute or chargeback
  • All delivered services constitute completion of digital work
  • Evidence of delivery (files, emails, timestamps) will be provided to payment processors in the event of disputes

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Service termination
  • Denial of future services
  • Submission of evidence to payment providers

9. Intellectual Property

All delivered materials remain the property of the client upon full payment.

However, StageReady retains the right to:

  • Display anonymised examples for portfolio and marketing purposes (unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing)

10. Service Limitations

StageReady reserves the right to:

  • Decline projects outside our scope
  • Limit daily order intake capacity
  • Refuse service for abusive or unreasonable requests

11. Third-Party Platforms

StageReady operates using third-party platforms including Shopify, email providers, and cloud storage tools.

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime of third-party services
  • Delivery delays caused by external platforms
