📄 Refund & Digital Delivery Policy (StageReady)

We offer digital products and custom service-based packages. By purchasing from StageReady, you agree to the terms below.


Digital Products & Services

All StageReady products are delivered digitally, including virtual staging images and/or professionally rewritten listing content.

Because these are custom-made digital deliverables, all sales are final once an order has been submitted and processed.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed virtual staging work
  • Completed MLS listing rewrites
  • Delivered digital files
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

Revisions

Where your selected package includes revisions, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments based on the original project scope.

Revision requests must be submitted within the revision window stated in your package details.


Order Issues

If you receive:

  • Incorrect files
  • Missing deliverables
  • Technical download issues

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun, as each project is custom-created based on your submitted property details.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for delivered digital services without first contacting us to resolve any issue.
