Delivery Policy (StageReady by Ryno Croft)

StageReady by Ryno Croft provides digital real estate marketing services including virtual staging and listing enhancement services delivered electronically.

This Delivery Policy outlines how and when your order will be fulfilled.


1. Digital Service Delivery

All StageReady products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

Completed orders are delivered via:

  • Shopify Digital Download links
  • Email delivery notifications
  • Secure download access links (where applicable)

Customers are responsible for ensuring they can access digital delivery methods.


2. Standard Delivery Time (SLA)

Our standard turnaround time is:

⏱ 24–48 hours

This applies to:

  • Basic Staging packages
  • Listing Boost packages
  • Standard MLS listing rewrites
  • Standard virtual staging orders

Delivery time begins once:

✔ Payment has been successfully completed
✔ All required information and images have been received


3. Delayed Delivery Conditions

Delivery times may be extended in the following cases:

  • Missing or incomplete property information
  • Low-quality or unusable images submitted
  • Customer revision delays or additional instructions
  • High order volume periods
  • Technical delays beyond our control (e.g. Shopify system issues)

We will always communicate delays where applicable.


4. Customer Responsibility

To ensure on-time delivery, customers must provide:

  • Accurate property details
  • Required images in usable format
  • Any specific instructions at time of order

Failure to provide complete information may delay delivery.


5. Delivery Completion

An order is considered fully delivered when:

  • Digital files have been uploaded to Shopify Digital Downloads OR
  • A secure delivery link has been sent via email

This constitutes full fulfilment of the service.


6. Failed Access or Technical Issues

If you are unable to access your files:

7. Revisions (Where Included)

If your package includes revisions:

  • Requests must relate to the original project scope
  • Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe
  • Additional changes beyond scope may incur additional fees

8. No Physical Shipping

StageReady does not ship any physical goods.

All services and deliverables are digital in nature.


9. Order Fulfilment Confirmation

Once your order is completed, you will receive:

  • A delivery confirmation email
  • A download link or access to your files
  • A summary of your completed service
