Beyond the listing post: what luxury agents can write about between sales
A feed made of listings tells people what is available. It says very little about the person representing it.
Between transactions, the most useful thing an agent can publish is how they think. That does not require a new property. It requires a few ordinary observations, written down.
What you notice on showings
Which questions do buyers ask first? Which details do people comment on that you did not expect? These small patterns are specific to you and your market, and nobody else can write them.
What you tell sellers before they list
Most agents have a short speech they give to nervous sellers. Written out well, it becomes an article that helps the next seller decide whether to call.
What a neighborhood is actually like
Not the brochure version. The street on a weekday evening, the café everyone ends up in, the thing that surprises people after they move in. Be accurate and specific, and avoid claims you cannot support.
A decision you would make differently now
Honest reflection builds more trust than a polished victory lap. Choose something real, keep client details private, and say what you learned.
An explanation of a process people find opaque
Offers, inspections, closings, timelines. Explain one clearly and you become the person people remember when they need it.
None of these require invented statistics or dramatic claims. They require attention and a willingness to write in your own voice.
If you would like help turning your own observations into a steady stream of content, tell me what you do and where you work.
