How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you book a call through Cal.com, we collect the details you provide as part of that booking — typically your name, email address, and any notes you include about your business. We do not collect information beyond what's needed to confirm and prepare for that call.

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare for, and follow up on your scheduled call
• To send relevant follow-up about our lead follow-up & conversion systems, where reasonable and expected given your enquiry

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cal.com & Brevo

Bookings are processed through Cal.com. When you book a call, your name and email are automatically added to our contact list in Brevo, our email service provider, so we can send you relevant follow-up. Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@rynocroft.com. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
