How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you book a call through Cal.com, message us on WhatsApp, or send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and any notes you include about your business. We do not collect information beyond what's needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver the service you've requested.

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare for, and follow up on your scheduled call or membership enquiry
• To send relevant follow-up about our email marketing campaigns or digital visibility audits, where reasonable and expected given your enquiry

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cal.com & Brevo

Bookings are processed through Cal.com. When you book a call, your name and email are automatically added to our contact list in Brevo, our email service provider, so we can send you relevant follow-up. Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Enquiry form

If you send an enquiry through the contact form on this website, we collect the name, business email, profession, website and message you provide. The form is processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and a notification is sent to us by email. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work. We do not add enquiry details to a marketing email list unless you ask us to.

Purchases

Card payments for the guidebooks are processed by Yoco. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of each order (an order reference, which guide was bought, the amount and the payment status) so that we can deliver your download. Yoco handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@rynocroft.com. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
