RYNO CROFT

Terms of Service

The Website Content Pilot · Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms apply when you buy The Website Content Pilot (the “Service”) from Ryno Croft Digital Studio, based in Cape Town, South Africa (“I”, “me”). By paying for the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

I write one original website article of approximately 600–700 words based on your intake answers. It includes a headline, structured headings, a closing call to action, an SEO page title, a meta description and a suggested URL slug, supplied as a professionally formatted digital document.

2. Price and offer conditions

The Black Friday introductory price is $50 USD, one-time, with no subscription. The offer is limited to the first five paid pilot orders and to orders placed by 30 November 2026, and is subject to availability. It is one article per order. Payment is made through PayPal; I never see or store your card details, and PayPal’s own terms and fees apply.

3. Timing

I aim to deliver within 72 hours. The 72 hours start only once I have confirmed your payment, you have completed the intake questionnaire, and I have received any required supporting information. I will email you to confirm when the period has started.

4. Revisions

The price includes one round of minor revisions. Please send your request within seven days of delivery. Unlimited revisions and complete rewrites after a change of topic are not included.

5. What is not included

I can quote separately for additional work.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply. I do not invent statistics, quotations, credentials or factual claims. For healthcare-related content I avoid unsupported medical claims, and you must approve all clinical information before you publish. You are responsible for reviewing the article before it goes live.

7. Ownership

Once payment is confirmed and the article is delivered, you own the final article and may publish and edit it as you wish. I will not reuse your intake answers or the delivered article for any other client. I do not guarantee any particular outcome from publishing it, such as rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

8. Refunds

Refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method.

9. Confidentiality and privacy

I treat your intake answers and drafts as confidential and use them only to deliver your Service. See the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and governing law

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Please contact me first if a dispute arises.

11. Changes

I may update these terms. The version published when you pay is the one that applies to your order.
