Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy The 2-Hour Content Desk (the “Service”) from Ryno Croft Digital Studio, based in Cape Town, South Africa (“I”, “me”). By paying for the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
You send a 3–5 minute voice note and a short intake form. I turn them into three LinkedIn posts written in your voice. The Service is asynchronous: it is not a live call or meeting. “2 hours” describes the production time I dedicate to your content.
2. Price and payment
The price is $125 USD, one-time, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Payment is made through PayPal. I never see or store your card details. PayPal’s own terms and fees apply to the transaction.
3. Timing
I aim to deliver within 24 hours. The 24-hour clock starts once I have confirmed your payment and received both your completed intake form and a usable voice note. I will email you to confirm when it has started. If your voice note is unclear, incomplete or inaudible, I may ask for a replacement, and the clock restarts when I receive it.
4. Revisions
The price includes one round of tonal adjustments to the three delivered posts, such as making them warmer, more direct or more formal. Please send your revision request within 7 days of delivery.
5. What is not included
- Account management or post scheduling
- Custom design or carousels
- Deep research or scheduled interviews
- More than one round of feedback
- Changing the topic after production has started
I can quote separately for any of these.
6. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, claims, figures and stories you give me. Please do not send me confidential information you are not free to share publicly, or anything you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing the posts before you publish them, including any claims about your clients, results or industry.
7. Ownership
Once payment is confirmed and the posts are delivered, you own the final posts and may publish and edit them as you wish. I may not reuse your voice note, intake answers or the delivered posts for any other purpose or client. I do not guarantee any particular outcome from publishing them, such as engagement, leads or sales.
8. Refunds
- Before work starts: you can cancel for a full refund.
- If I cannot take on your project or cannot deliver a first draft: you get a full refund.
- After production has started: refunds are not normally given for posts delivered as described. If you are unhappy, tell me promptly and use your included revision.
Refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method, and are usually processed within a few business days of approval.
9. Confidentiality
I treat your voice note, intake answers and drafts as confidential and use them only to deliver your Service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
10. Liability
The Service is provided in good faith and with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If a dispute arises, please contact me first so we can try to resolve it directly.
12. Changes
I may update these terms. The version published when you pay is the one that applies to your order.
